Synopsis: Sisters Olga and Myra run a gas station and motel in the middle of a southwestern desert. Olga is content with her life but the younger Myra dreams of something more and becomes resentful of her sister when Olga doesn't even want her going to a dance. That past catches up to Olga, however, when her criminal ex-boyfriend, George, pulls into the station while fleeing to Mexico with his partner because of his part in a robbery and murder. To make matters worse, Olga realizes she still has feelings for George, even though she knows he is bad news and may be trying to rob two wealthy women staying overnight at the motel. Who's in it? The movie stars Aline MacMahon, Ann Dvorak , Preston Foster , Lyle Talbot , Ruth Donnelly and Glenda Farrell . Unable to travel with the future humans because of the lack of supplies, the scientists attempt to rebuild their time portal before the mutants break through the defenses. Who's in it? The movie stars Preston Foster , Philip Carey, Merry Anders , Joan Woodbury and John Hoyt. Review: I had noticed The Time Travelers on one of my movie channels but since I have seen very few time travel films that were good, I wasn't sure if it would be something I would enjoy. I finally decided to give it a try this morning and, while it didn't quite change my opinion of this sub-genre, it was a pleasant surpri...

They agree to allow the head of the academy, Dr. Jerry Xavier, an opportunity to apprehend the killer himself and he decides to run a series of psychological tests, both on himself and his colleagues. Meanwhile, reporter Lee Taylor is nosing around the academy, hoping both to get a scoop and for romance with Dr. Xavier's daughter, Joanne. Who's in it? The movie stars Lionel Atwill , Lee Tracy , Fay Wray , Preston Foster and Leila Bennett . Review: I've had Doctor X saved to my library for several weeks and started watching it some time ago only to be interrupted and not get back around to it. I finally had a chance to see the full movie this morning and, overall, it was a good, if imperfect, film. This is the type of movie that makes me watch pre-code films whenever I get a chance. You don't see too...
