Product Description: Frozen Shrimp Pho Bowl meal kit from the Cedar Bay brand that is prepared on your stove top. I came across this product while at one of our local grocery stores yesterday afternoon and purchased it for $8.99. I wound up making it yesterday evening as a dinner for two for my wife and me. Review of Gourmet Dining Chicken Alfredo Skillet Meal

I had to run to the store Sunday afternoon and, while there, picked up something for dinner. I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted, however, so I wound up buying a couple different options, including the Gourmet Dining Chicken Alfredo frozen skillet dinner. I ultimately ended up making this product, which I purchased for $5.35, yesterday evening. We had had a barbecue earlier in the day and my wife and I were starting to get a bit hungry so I figured it would be an easy light dinner. After having it, my opinion of it was a bit mixed. As far as taste goes, I didn't have any real complaints. It was a decent-enough dinner given the price. And, it proved to be more filling than I was expecting it to be, though we didn't have any leftovers and I doubt it would have been enough if the kids had eaten it with us. I had two major issues with this product. The first is I wasn't overly impressed by the multiple steps. I had to start the chicken cooking separately...

Review of Stouffer's Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumplings Starter

Yesterday was a typical Monday for our household. In addition to work/school, our oldest daughter had skating practice and her younger sister had dance class and, since that pretty much meant my wife and I would have a very limited amount of time to make dinner, I decided to make something in the slow cooker. I wasn't completely sure what I wanted to make so I ended up stopping at the store yesterday morning in search of something. While there, I had remembered seeing the Stouffer's slow cooker starter kits in the freezer section and, after some consideration, purchased this one for $5.99. I wasn't really sure what to expect from this product, mostly because I have had mixed results with similar products. But, after trying it last night, I did feel as though it was an OK purchase.
