A Classic (A Poem)

She has a few miles on her

And on cold mornings, it's difficult to get her to start.

But she's dependable

And has all her original parts.

There's some wear and tear

And the songs she plays on the radio aren't always my favorites.

However, she also comes with a lot of memories

And I always find time to savor it.

She can be a bit expensive to maintain.

Plus, some days, she can be a bit unpredictable and moody.

But even when she isn't all shined up,

She turns heads because remains a real beauty.

Perhaps you've figured out by now, I'm not talking about a car.

Just a gorgeous woman I wouldn't mind be stuck with in traffic.

That's because while she might not be the newest model,

She is a classic.
