Morning Walk Photos 9/28/2017

I was a little disappointed on my walk this morning. I decided to risk wet feet and go through the park (rather than just walking along the lake shoreline) because I thought, with the dew, I would get some great spiderweb photos. But, as it turns out, there weren't any to be found. I think maybe the temps got a little too cold for them last night or something.

Fortunately, there were other signs of life and, even though it was a little difficult because the sun wasn't quite up yet, I was able to get some other photos while I was there. Here's a selection:

    1. Cormorants are interesting birds in that regard. Usually, they are so low in the water, the only thing you see is their head and neck. It's also fun to watch them fish. They'll dive under water for a minute or so and pop up in a different part of the pond/lake.
